Track your TV shows, movies and anime in one place

Updated

Watchy is a free web app for keeping track of what you watch: where you are in each series, what airs next, which movies are on your list, and everything you have already seen — with the real runtime of every episode and film behind your statistics.

What Watchy does

  • Episode-by-episode tracking: tick an episode, a whole season, or “everything up to here” when you pick up a show halfway through.
  • An “up next” queue with the next episode of every show you have started and how many episodes you are behind.
  • A release calendar for the shows and anime you follow and the cinema releases on your list, as a list or a month view.
  • Release-day notifications: Web Push on your phone or computer, and a bell inside the app.
  • Watch statistics computed from the real runtime of each episode and movie, not an average.
  • Movies, series and anime side by side; a Japanese animated feature stays a movie and still counts as anime.

Bring your history with you

Watchy imports exports from TV Time, Trakt, Letterboxd, IMDb, AniList and Simkl. Each title is matched by the IDs the export contains when there are any, by title and year otherwise; titles with no reliable match are listed separately with the reason instead of being added at random, and an import can be undone from the settings.

Coming from TV Time, which shut down on 15 July 2026? See the TV Time alternative and how to import your TV Time export. Coming from Trakt? See the Trakt alternative.

What Watchy is not

  • Not an app-store app: it is an installable web app (PWA) you add to your home screen from the browser.
  • Not a social network: no feed, no public comments per episode.
  • No automatic scrobbling from a media player or a streaming service: you tick what you watched.
  • Not a streaming service: Watchy shows where a title is available, it does not play it.

Your data leaves whenever you want: a full JSON export (every watch with its date and minutes) or a CSV with one line per title. You can browse the demo without an account.
